Peopleusuallyspeakhighlyofmedicalworkersasangelsinwhite.Becauseintheirmind,medicalworkersareupright,kind,selflessandfriendly.
Despitetherumourandsocialprejudice,Nantinggergaveupherrichphysicallife,firmly,committingherselftonusingcareer.Inthisway,shedestronmastedthegloryofwhitedream.Benqiuenstrodeovercountryboundaries,devotinghimselftomedicalcareerwithouthestion.

白色梦想各位同学，各位朋友!你们听过白色梦想了吗?在人们看来：希望是绿色的，青春是火红的，而梦想自然是金色的`了!但是，我认为医务人员的梦想是白色的。
你也许会说：白色，标志着空白，白色象征着贫乏，但我要告诉你白色也标志这创造，也象征着纯洁和辽阔。
人们常用“白衣天使”来赞美医务工作者，因为，在人们心目中，他(她)是正直，善良，无私和友好的化身。南丁格尔抛弃豪华的物质生活，顶着流言蜚语，忍受着社会偏见，毅然投身于护理事业。她以这种方式见证了白色梦想的殊荣。
白求恩不分国界，毫不犹豫地献身于医疗事业。
我们都知道：绝美的风景往往是在险高的山间，绝壮的音乐往往是悲凉的，高尚的生活往往是体现在壮烈的牺牲中。从某种意义上说，医务工作者的工作不就是一种壮烈的牺牲吗?一个人如果能做人类的殉道者，那不就是幸福吗?正如一位作家所说：“没有根深茎壮，就没有叶茂花香;没有源流祸水，就没有激流飞瀑;没有义务工作者的辛勤劳作，就没有人类幸福安康的生活。”
