If we can speak Englh well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn Englh has increased at a high speed.
But for myself,I learn Englh not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn Englh, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read Englh novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which different from reading the translation.When I speak Englh, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write Englh,I can see the beauty which not the same as our Chinese...
I love Englh,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good Englh, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it the birth place of Englh.

Today I would like to share with you my great wh. but first, please allow me to take you back in time to the year 1955, the setting, Montgomery?ntg?m?ri , Alabamhe United States of America. It started out as an ordinary December afternoon. 42 year-old African American Rosa Parks boarde'b?:did] a bus and sat down in the front row. She thought over, the days and friends, her child at home, and how she enjoyed her simple life. She was content, but when she thought about the prejudice and dcrimination that she had to face everyday, she felt a mends pain. How she whed to live in the world of true harmony “Ehen, ehen(咳嗽声)”, Rosa was startle to see a white man standing beside her. He was starring at her coldly, but she managed to smile and ask politely“May I help you sir?” “Get out of the seat!” the man snarledback. “Excuse me?” Rosa was shocked.
What right did the man have to speak to her in such a cruel tone? Just because her skin was dark colored and h was fair. And as equals, he certainly didn't have any right to order her out of the seat, or did he? Well, surpringly, in 1955, lots like Rosa Parks did not have as many rights as whites. Due to racial dcrimination, Rosa’s refusal to give up her seat to a white man, led to a call to the police, and she was arrested jailed and
convictea violatinsegregatiolaws. But Rosa did not surrender to prejudice, instead she chose to fight dcrimination and work alongside thousands of others for her wh to rid the world of racm
And now, half a centurlater, we are still fighting for the same wh. Traces of dcrimination have gradually dappeared, but prejudice lives on. I too, share the wh of Rosa Parks, but I too, wh that prejudice comes to an end. And my friends, prejudice will come to an end if we all work together as a whole.
Let us not judge others by their skin color or appearance：[?'pir?ns], but rather by their content of their characte Let us learn to enjoy different cultures and then we’ll enjoy a world of diversity. I wh to look around on a lonely day, and see a blending of colors. Harmony, traveling among people of all skin colors.

My name Zhang Xinyu. Today, I'm going to talk about 'Growing Pains'.
Different people have different pains from different places. We are now students, so I think we have pains mainly from studies.
Time files. Two months ago, I came to a middle school student.But I have a pain. Homework my growing pain. In the secondary school, we have more subjects to study. And homework more than primary school.So I could’t adapt to the secondary school’s homework. I don’t have other time to do any sports or read any books.
Growth brings us a lot of trouble, like a ripe to pay heavy taxes for ourselves. These days I think about, in fact, these problems can be completely avoided. If I learn Englh words by heart, I do maths problems quickly; if I am usually willing to try, I needn't have to spend more time.
However, I think all pains will fade away in the end. I believe that I can adapt the school life step by step. Try my best.

i am chinese. i am proud of being a chinese with five thousand years of civilization behind. ive learned about the four great inventions made by our forefathers. ive learned about the great wall and the yangtze river. ive learned about zhang heng(张衡)and ive learned about zheng he(郑和)．who says the yellow river civilization has vanhed(消失)？i know that my ancestors have made miracles(奇迹)on th fertile land and were still making miracles. who can ignore the fact that we have establhed ourselves as a great state in the world, that we have deved our own nuclear weapons, that we have successfully sent our satellites into space, and that our gnp ranks no. 7 in the world? we have experienced the plunders (掠夺) by other nations, and we have experienced the war. yet, based on such ruins, there still stands our nation----china, unyielding and unconquerable!
i once came across an american tourt. she said, “china has a htory of five thousand years, but the us only has a htory of 200 years. five thousand years ago, china took the lead in the world, and now it the us that leading.”my heart was deeply touched by these words. it true that were still a developing nation, but it doesnt mean that we can despe (鄙视) ourselves. we have such a long-standing htory, we have such abundant resources, we have such intelligent and diligent people, and we have enough to be proud of. we have reasons to say proudly： we are sure to take the lead in the world in the future again, for our problems are big, but our ambition (雄心) even bigger, our challenges (挑战) are great, but our will even greater. i am chinese. i have inherited (继承) black hair and black eyes. i have inherited the virtues of my ancestors. i have also taken over responsibility. i am sure, that wherever i go, whatever i do, i shall never forget that i am chinese!

these are words of the song bye-bye. every time when i hear it, i’ll always lose myself in grief recalling the tough time we came through in 2008.
the snow storm, the tibet sue, the obstruction to the olympic torch relay，the earthquake??time dates back to the day the horrible earth quake occurred in sichuan, tens of thousands of people lost life and families. i’ll never forget those days i sat front of the tv, moved by people never gave up under ruins even there’s little hope to survive. i’ll never forget those days most newspapers and websites were all in black and white. i’ll never forget those days i had my black coat on, writing down my best whes to the suffering people.
at the same time, i also remember those days my friends abroad told me that they joined in the protest against western world’s bias on china and the fight against the tibetan separatts. i can still remember the day when i went to see the torch relay at hangzhou with heart shaped stickers on cheek. i wore the t-shirt with words light the passion, light the dream . when the torch passed by, we cheered go china, go beijing, sang the national anthem again and again, waving flags, dancing, hugging, clapping. it was the opening ceremony of 2008 beijing olympic games which shocked the whole world and told the entire human yes, we can.

health very important in our life.if you want to have a happy life,you must have a healthy lifestyle.do you know how we keep in good health?let me tell you.
everyone knows a good eating habit very important for us .but not many people have time to think about what to eat .in many western countries.fast food very popular.because people dont have time to eat,and they also think fast food very delicious.in america,an american can eat about three hamburgers and four bags of french chips every day.that 2520 calories.but we know a person need about only 2000 calories for a day.so you see , many americans are very fat. we should have a good eating habit at once.what should we do?
people always say,an apple e day,keeps the doctor away.drinking milk also good for us.and we need a balance of yinand yang.its a traditional chinese way to keep healthy.we shouldnt eat too much unhealthy food like junk food.now , i will tell you what food are best for our health . eggs have too much protein , you know protein good for kids.and tomatoes have too many vitamins , its good for everybody.oh , soybean , carrots , seafood , green tea ,pawpaw , oranges , strawberries and so on are also healthy food . please eat more these kinds of food!
we know that exerce also very important . exercing can make children more alert . there are many ways to exerce . you can run , swim , skate or play ball games like basketball , volleyball , football and golf . but maybe you dont know walking also good for our body , and maybe its better than other sports . you should exerce in the morning , because you can enjoy fresh air then . some people like exercing at fitness centers , there are a lot of equipments . you should exerce for 20 minutes every day . dont exerce too much . its bad for us!
and a good sleeping habit good for us , too .before we go to bed,we should drink some milk, it can help us sleep well.but i know some people always cant sleep well.i think they shouldnt, take a sleeping pill . after evening meal , they should go for walk or have conversations with their family or lten some light music . maybe these activities can make them than sleep well.
