10月18日我们来自xx九个县市的54位学员，因为共同的目标和事业，来到这人杰地灵、三垟湿地旁的市教师教育院，感受英语培训带给我们的快乐、思考以及责任。两个月来，我们在这里学到许多先进的教育教学理念，我们感受着思维的碰撞，心灵的冲击所带来的喜悦和收获。两个月的学习让我们有所感悟、有所启迪、有所思考、有所收获。
趁此机会，我仅代表参加英语培训的全体学员，向各位领导和老师作一个简单的汇报。
一、我们在聆听
两个月来，我们聆听了来自许多专家和一线英语教师风格迥异却异样精彩的报告和讲座，分享了他们的先进理念和独特见解，进一步明确了新课程背景下英语教学的方向，虽然集训听报告的时间不长，却扩大了我们的视野，增强了我们的教育信仰，提高了我们的教学理念，特别是几位一线教师的先进经验介绍，非常贴近我们工作实际，解开我们工作中的许多困惑。各学友间的自我介绍和金点子的交流，也为我们搭建了相互了解、相互交流、相互提高的平台，这也从培训一开始造就了一个强而有力的英语班集体。
二、我们在实践
理论与实践的紧密结合，丰富了我们的培训内容。两个月中，学院为我们安排了9个实践点，以小组为单位，分别到九所xx品牌学校进行了为期六周的英语教学实践活动。六个星期里，我们每一组学员都跟随指导师进行备课、听课、上课、反思和探讨，在此特别感谢教育院和班主任特意为我们安排xx最好最强的英语指导师所付出的努力。从学员带回来的成果和指导老师的评价、以及学院的交流汇报来看，绝大多数学员在实践期间，深入学校，积极参与，认真学习，反思现在、总结过去、找到差距、总结提高，达了预期的目标。从我们学员自身的实践总结来看，对个人英语工作能力的提升帮助是非常大的。
三、我们在思考
再精彩的报告，再有效的培训，如果被培训者没有自己的思考，那是无效的，所以我们每一个学员都非常珍惜这么好的学习机会，也能明白并体谅班主任陈老师的良苦策划和精心安排。从xx院长的《再塑教育信仰》学习到每一场讲座，我们都有自己的反思和体会；每一堂课后，我们也都能及时反思和反馈，并积极撰写课后反思。我和所有在座的学员一样，认真地完成了每一项任务。面对当前浮躁的社会大环境，面对重智育轻实践的校园氛围，面对充满叛逆精神而又极具个性的孩子，作为教育工作者，需要我们拿出教育信仰和智慧来应对。我们该怎样把所学到的知识切实运用到我们农村英语教学实践中去？我们要在自己的工作岗位上创出英语教学的新天地，任重而道远。
四、我们在收获
一路来，我们聆听着，我们实践着，我们思考着，我们也在收获着。我们收获了友谊，收获了知识，收获了思想，我们还收获了快乐，收获了成就；回忆我们同班学习时、回忆我们同组实践时、回忆我们同桌聚餐时、回忆我们同伙k歌时、回忆我们同道泽雅体验民风民俗时，太多美好的回忆，我们将幸福地满载而归。今天我们每个学员的脸上都带着喜悦、都带着一本本厚厚的学习成果，就不难看出这两个月我们所取得的'成绩。培训已经划上圆满的句号，成绩只属于过去，在我们前面是一个更大的挑战。虽然我们明天就要分隔两地，但我相信我们英语班一定还会通过各种方式和途径来并肩作战，因为我们永远是这个班级不可分割的一分子。
作为市xx工程农村英语骨干教师的一员，请允许我代表全体参加骨干培训的学友表示：我们一定会继续努力学习，不断提升、完善自己；以更加饱满的热情，将所学到的知识运用到实际工作中去；充分发挥自身的优势，在教育教学过程中真正起到带头、引领的作用；力争做一名让社会、家长满意的教师，做一名让领导放心、同行欣赏的教师，做一名让孩子钦佩、喜爱的教师；以自己的实际行动无愧于教书育人的神圣使命！成为一只真正的领头雁。
让我们用掌声再次感谢xx院长、教师教育院、各实践学校、各班主任、各专家老师和指导师，感谢你们两个月来，对我们的关心、主持、帮助和指导。
